Exploring New Opportunities
at World Football Summit

MaxAmaze recently had the privilege of attending the inaugural edition of World Football Summit Africa, held in Rabat, Morocco, on April 9–10, 2025. The event brought together key decision-makers, innovators, and leaders from across the global football ecosystem to explore how Africa can unlock its full football potential.

Representing MaxAmaze at the summit were Craig Poskitt and Toon De Coster, who joined fellow delegates for two days of high-level discussions, networking, and inspiration at the Mohammed VI Polytechnic University.

As part of the summit’s speaker programme, Craig took to the stage to share MaxAmaze’s experience in delivering sustainable, high-performance lighting systems for stadiums and sports venues across Europe. He spoke about how LED technology is transforming the matchday experience while significantly reducing energy consumption—an important step forward for clubs aiming to align with environmental goals and global sustainability standards.

The summit provided an exciting platform to explore the rapidly growing football infrastructure landscape in Morocco and beyond. With the country co-hosting the 2030 FIFA World Cup, the momentum for innovation and investment in sport is accelerating—and MaxAmaze is proud to be part of the conversation.

“We had some really productive conversations about the future of football in Africa and how MaxAmaze’s expertise can support that journey,” said Craig. “There’s a real energy and ambition here, and we’re excited about the potential for long-term partnerships.”

The MaxAmaze team looks forward to continuing these conversations and contributing to the continent’s football development through smart, sustainable, and fan-focused lighting solutions.
