Across the entire site, MaxAmaze implemented a complete system of lighting, visuals and show infrastructure. The setup included:

• 96 LED floodlights for competition-grade visibility
• 74 show lights to create atmosphere and dynamic moments
• 200 metres of LED boarding
• 1 LED screen for live content and communication
• Full video direction and control
• Light shows and special acts, fully integrated into the event flow

This combination ensured a seamless connection between sport, storytelling and audience engagement.

The project was executed in clearly defined phases to ensure efficiency and precision. Installation began with the arena setup and event zones, followed by the construction of the main arena and surrounding areas.

In the final phase, LED boarding and technical systems were installed and fine-tuned, ensuring full operational readiness across the venue. Each phase was carefully aligned to support a smooth and consistent event production.

The project was delivered by a core team of five, supported by approximately 25 specialised technicians during installation and dismantling. Collaboration with partners ensured efficient execution across all phases.

This coordinated approach highlights the importance of teamwork and flexibility in delivering complex event productions.

By combining lighting, LED systems, video and show control into one cohesive setup, MaxAmaze supported an environment where sport and presentation work together seamlessly.
