LED Boarding
MaxAmaze partnered with PFC Ludogorets to upgrade the club’s stadium with a fully integrated LED boarding system. The project combined precise preparation, efficient execution, and technical expertise to deliver a solution that enhances both visibility and atmosphere inside the arena.
The process began with detailed on-site measurements, followed by ordering, logistics, and transport to Bulgaria. Once on location, the MaxAmaze team coordinated the installation of the LED boarding system. After setup, the system was thoroughly tested, and on-site training was provided to ensure seamless operation from the very first match.
The installation consisted of 193 LED boarding panels (192x144px each), covering a total of 247.04 meters. The combined resolution reached 37,056 x 144px, adding up to over 5.3 million pixels. This cutting-edge system provides crystal-clear visibility for commercial partners while contributing to a dynamic stadium experience for fans and players alike.
One of the main challenges was fitting the system into the existing stadium infrastructure while working in high temperatures, which at times reached 38°C. Thanks to careful planning and on-site coordination, the project was delivered without delay. Alongside the technical success, the project was enriched by the warm hospitality in Bulgaria — and the unique experience of Ludogorets’ eagle taking flight before the match.
