The Brussels Stephex Masters brings together many different suppliers, making planning and coordination crucial. Our team began preparations as early as 5 August, installing feeder cables across the VIP tents. This was followed by the setup of indoor elements, including lighting and audio systems, ensuring guests would enjoy a premium hospitality environment. From 8–9 August, attention shifted outdoors, where we installed the arena lighting, LED sport perimeter, and outdoor audio systems, keeping every element on schedule.

Our long-standing collaboration with the Brussels Stephex Masters is built on trust and shared ambition. Working closely with the organization, led by Stephan Conter, Ken Ruyen, Ellen van Guyse, and Gerben Carron, we’ve established a smooth workflow that ensures every edition is delivered to the highest standards.
