One of the defining challenges of this project was the international nature of the operation. All technical equipment was transported by air freight between Europe and the United States, a process that requires precise coordination, especially within tight event schedules and evolving import-export regulations.

In total, 16.7 tonnes of LED equipment were flown in, installed, and prepared for live operation within a matter of days. The ability to manage this process efficiently highlights the importance of planning, adaptability and strong logistical execution.

Despite the scale of the setup, the full installation (including LED boarding and structural elements) was completed within just two days. This fast-track execution ensured the venue was fully operational ahead of competition, without compromising on quality or performance.

The installation included 297 metres of LED boarding and a custom LED arch at the arena entrance, contributing to both functional visibility and the overall presentation of the event.

The Ocala project forms part of the broader Longines League of Nations circuit, alongside other international venues such as Rotterdam and Saint-Tropez. Within this global framework, consistency in visual and technical standards is key.
