8,000 Supporters Gather Outside Lotto Park for Belgian Cup Final

While the Belgian Cup final between RSC Anderlecht and Union Sint-Gillis took place at the Heizel, thousands of Anderlecht supporters gathered at Lotto Park to experience the match together from their home base stadium.

To support the live viewing experience, MaxAmaze delivered a temporary giant LED screen installation outside the stadium, transforming the exterior area into a dedicated fan zone atmosphere.

At the centre of the setup stood an exceptional 91m² giant LED screen, measuring 13 metres wide and 7 metres high. The mobile LED unit, delivered in collaboration with Maxled (the sister company of MaxAmaze) combined high-impact visibility with reliable outdoor performance.

The installation featured:

  • P4.8 LED technology
  • A total structure weight of 33.5 tonnes
  • Integrated sound system
  • Stage infrastructure with branded banners and graphics
  • Full on-site operational support throughout the event

An estimated 8,000 supporters gathered outside Lotto Park to follow the final live, creating a unique shared viewing experience around the stadium.

Beyond the livestream itself, the setup was designed to create a complete event atmosphere. A dedicated stage area hosted a live DJ performance before kick-off and during half-time, helping maintain energy and engagement throughout the evening.

The project was delivered within an exceptionally short timeframe, with build-up starting on Tuesday ahead of the Thursday matchday and dismantling completed on Friday.

Through the collaboration between MaxAmaze and Maxled, technology, mobility and atmosphere came together to deliver another Ultimate Stadium Experience
