Meet MaxAmaze! From our office in Opwijk, we use our expertise in sound and (LED) lighting to build events in the world of sports. Whereas MaxAmaze used to be active only in equestrian sports, we recently expanded our focus to all stadium sports.

Besides LED lighting and sound, we are also known for the experience we bring on and off the pitch, from light shows to fireworks. All with one ultimate goal: amazed audiences.

To support our growth, we are looking for a Project Manager Equestrian Productions.

WHAT’S THE GOAL?

As project manager, you and your team will take care of the audiovisual part of equestrian events worldwide, such as jumpings, auctions, etc. You will visit the location and test expectations together with the client, after which you will draw up a realistic planning to realise the assignment.

You take charge of the day-to-day management of your project. On top of that, you keep an eye on all deadlines and the budget and ensure that suppliers and project staff keep to them. For colleagues, suppliers and customers, you are the point of contact for your project.

Remote destinations and weekend work do not scare you off. Intense periods will alternate with periods of recuperation.

WHAT SKILLS DO YOU OWN?

  • Sports: All projects are in a sports environment, so feeling for sports and specifically equestrian sports is a pro.
  • Technical: You have knowledge of sound and lighting technology and know how to read technical plans. Ideally, you also have a basic knowledge of drawing plans.
  • People Skills: Within your project, you will not take care of the execution yourself, but will be responsible for ensuring that your team brings the project to a successful conclusion.
