Meet MaxAmaze! From our office in Opwijk, we use our expertise in sound and (LED) lighting to build events in the world of sports. Whereas MaxAmaze used to be active only in equestrian sports, we recently expanded our focus to all stadium sports.
Besides LED lighting and sound, we are also known for the experience we bring on and off the pitch, from light shows to fireworks. All with one ultimate goal: amazed audiences.
To support our growth, we are looking for a LED Screen Specialist.
WHAT'S THE GOAL?
As LED Screen Specialist & Project Manager, you are responsible for the full delivery of LED screen and display projects in sports stadiums across Europe. You visit the venue, assess the technical requirements, and translate them into a realistic project plan. From order confirmation to final handover, you own the process.
You manage suppliers, installation teams, and subcontractors, keep budgets and deadlines under control, and act as the single point of contact for the client throughout the project lifecycle.
WHAT SKILLS DO YOU OWN?
- Technical: You have hands-on knowledge of LED display technology — pixel pitch, controllers, power distribution, and signal management. Experience with brands like Absen, Unilumin, Daktronics or similar is a plus.
- Project management: You know how to run multiple projects simultaneously without losing overview. You work with planning tools and are comfortable with budgets and reporting.
- Sports: All our projects are in a sports environment — stadiums, arenas, training facilities. An affinity with football or sport in general helps.
- People skills: You coordinate across teams, cultures, and time zones. You stay calm under pressure and know how to get things done.
- Language: English is your working language. Any additional European language is a bonus.
